Following Freshcare's success, Scheme Support Services was established to provide expert program administration, database support and certification scheme management services to like organisations in the rural, agribusiness and food sectors. One of the reasons why Scheme Support Services can provide such efficiencies to other industry groups is the application used run the schemes. Alt-Design IT has worked closely with Freshcare over many years to deliver time-saving efficient solutions and these are now available to other industry groups under the auspices of Scheme Support Services. The first iteration of this application was developed for the Australian Egg Corporation Limited.
